For more than 25 years, Dee Conner worked behind the scenes — handling calls, emails, contracts, and finances with care and consistency. Her efforts helped keep the business organized and ensured that events were ready to go before the music ever started. Meanwhile, Monte Conner became the face of the service — delivering high-energy performances, unforgettable experiences, and a level of professionalism that defined the D&M brand. Together, they built more than just a business; they built a legacy.

With this transition comes a new beginning. D&M DJ Service will now move forward as MC DJ Service, with Monte Conner as the sole proprietor. While the name is new, the heart of the business remains the same. Clients will continue to receive the same trusted service, the same professional quality, and the same personal touch that have made them a favorite for events both big and small.

MC DJ Service is established in 1997 and has been proudly owned and operated by Monte Conner for over 25 years, based in Hedgesville, West Virginia. The motto is "Professionalism… with a Personal Touch."
