1. Introduction

Welcome to WeddingDJFinder.com (“WeddingDJFinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

WeddingDJFinder is an online directory that connects engaged couples and event planners with wedding and event DJs across the United States. We provide search, discovery, and inquiry tools to help couples find the right DJ for their wedding or event.

We are a directory and lead-routing platform. We do not employ DJs, and we are not a party to any agreement between a couple and a DJ. All bookings, contracts, and payments for DJ services are made directly between the couple and the DJ.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of WeddingDJFinder require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

4. DJ Listings

DJ listings on WeddingDJFinder may be created from publicly available information, including but not limited to Google Business profiles, public websites, and other online directories. These listings are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect the most current details about a DJ’s services.

If you are a DJ whose information appears on WeddingDJFinder, you may claim your listing to manage your profile, update your information, and respond to inquiries. If you would like your listing removed, you may submit a removal request through our listing request form.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure listing accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information displayed on the site.

5. Inquiries & Lead Routing

When a couple submits an inquiry through WeddingDJFinder, their contact information and event details are shared with the selected DJ(s). By submitting an inquiry, couples consent to having their information forwarded to the relevant DJ(s) for the purpose of responding to the inquiry.

Contact information submitted through inquiries is shared only with DJs who have claimed their listing or who hold an active paid subscription. We do not sell inquiry data to third parties.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

WeddingDJFinder offers free and paid subscription tiers for DJ professionals. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charges associated with your selected plan.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

DJs on the free tier receive a limited number of leads. Additional leads require an active Pro subscription.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on WeddingDJFinder, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WeddingDJFinder or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to WeddingDJFinder (including profile information, photos, and reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform.

You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content from WeddingDJFinder without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of WeddingDJFinder is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeddingDJFinder and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

WeddingDJFinder does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of DJ services listed on the platform. We are not responsible for any disputes between couples and DJs, including issues related to performance, cancellations, or payments.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of WeddingDJFinder after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
