About 2-4 weeks before your event, we'll have a final meeting to lock in all the details and confirm your playlist, timeline, and special announcements. We arrive early to set up, test equipment, check audio levels and venue power, then deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps your guests entertained from start to finish.
