Refund Policy

1. Overview

WeddingDJFinder.com (“WeddingDJFinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers paid subscription plans to wedding DJ businesses (the “Pro” and “Founding DJ” tiers). This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for those subscriptions. It applies only to paid subscriptions - WeddingDJFinder is free for engaged couples and free for DJs who use our basic listing.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are a new paid subscriber and you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund of your first payment within seven (7) days of the initial charge. To qualify, you must email us at hello@weddingdjfinder.com from the email address on your account within the 7-day window.

The 7-day guarantee applies once per subscriber. It does not apply to subscribers who have previously held a paid subscription with us, nor to renewal payments beyond the first.

3. Monthly Subscriptions and Renewal Charges

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown on our pricing page unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@weddingdjfinder.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing period.

Renewal charges (the second and subsequent months of a subscription) are generally non-refundable. If you believe a renewal was charged in error (for example, you had cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged), contact us at hello@weddingdjfinder.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@weddingdjfinder.com from the email address on your subscriber account with:

  • The email address on your WeddingDJFinder account
  • The business name on the subscription
  • The approximate date of the charge you are disputing
  • A brief reason for the refund request

We reply to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to reflect the credit on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Renewal payments beyond the first payment, except where charged in error (see Section 3)
  • Subscriptions cancelled by us for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Charges older than 120 days, which are outside our processor’s refund window

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at hello@weddingdjfinder.com. We resolve the vast majority of refund requests directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining subscription time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect on the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to charges made before the change.
