Ms. Jo is a professional musician who teaches, performs and records for the public. She was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC and has over 10 years of classical piano training beginning at age 6, studying under Carol Starnes of Converse Pre-College, then Dr. Barbara Lister-Sink of Salem Academy & the Eastman School. She has studied multiple instruments including voice and has experience performing both solo and in groups of all kinds. Ms. Jo has won numerous music awards over time and continually deepens her knowledge and skills.
Homeworks Studio strives to provide high-quality music lessons and live music entertainment to the public, with a goal to educate and inspire people of all backgrounds and ages to become active participants in music.
