The Production Crew is a live event production company servicing the Tampa Bay area since 2005. We are known for designing, producing, and managing some of the top events around town. Being experiential leaders, our passion is to create incredible experiences that defy industry standards. We offer audio visual productions with a wide selection of cutting edge a/v equipment. With years of experience, we follow the best practices for setup and management for audio visual productions for large corporate events and private gatherings alike.

We manage set design and staging from concept to completion. With state of the art equipment and a collaborative creative process, we are prepared to bring your vision to life.

We provide custom lighting projections using projection GOBO lighting to add a special touch to your event space. This is often used to highlight a company, brand, couple, or products at a live event.

We offer custom draping services including custom fabric draping to highlight particular areas, divide a space into sections, or cover walls and ceilings to bring intimacy and warmth into your event space.
